![]() Now, maybe you’re thinking, “Sword of Light and Shadow?! You said no cute stuff!” Well, maybe that was true before Origins was released, but I seriously think Sword of Light and Shadow has a lot of potential in this list–mostly because it has 12 flyers. ![]() My list follows this general trend, though I avoid the cutesy one-ofs (seriously, Nahiri the Lithomancer?!) and the odd pairs, since my focus is on general consistency. However, if you’re still adamant about running a few copies, I won’t fault you Revoker has been a staple of this deck for years now, and for good reason. Most lists seem to relegate Revoker to the sideboard to make room for it, which makes sense although Miracles is a matchup where we definitely want it, Revoker’s utility has faded along with Jund, Elves and Stoneblade’s performances. And with Grixis, Miracles and Omni all sitting rather comfortably at the top, it’s no wonder why. ![]() You can probably see what these three share:Īs I predicted, Wingmare appears to have been (mostly) accepted by the D&T community at large. It’s a bit reflective of the lists that have been putting up good results, like this one, this one, and especially this one. But I wanted to make time between packing and such to give you all a quick update to my list. Well, not the site, but my physical self is moving back east to the promised land of Legacy in the States: New York. It’s been much longer than I intended since my last article–that’s because I’m moving.
